What types of translation services you can receive from Translation Agency VIVA?
Unofficial translations: translation of correspondence, brochures, letters of recommendation, technical specifications and any other type of text for personal use;
Official translations: translation of text printed out on our corporate letterhead with a certification of the translator for the accuracy of the translation and our corporate seal. There is no difference in the price of official and unofficial translation services.
Notarized translation: translation of a foreign document and notarization of the translator’s signature;
Legalized translation: translation of a document issued in Bulgaria which is then duly attested by the relevant institutions, apostilled and certified for the translator’s signature by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Verbal interpretation services: consecutive and simultaneous interpreting
Main languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Polish, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, Turkish.

The translation of each text takes into account the subject matter and the objectives of the document. The translation of a medical, legal or technical document is performed by a different translator with education and/or many years of experience in the respective field.

Verbal interpretation services
What types of interpretation services you can receive from Translation Agency VIVA?
• provision of a dedicated interpreter for 1 hour, half a day or a full working day;
• interpretation at the notary’s office for real estate transaction, certification of a document, etc.;
• providing a dedicated interpreter for a business meeting
What types of interpretation services do we offer?
Consecutive interpreting (delayed)
The interpreter waits out for 2-3 sentences of the speaker and then interprets them into the respective language to the audience. This kind of interpretation is usually performed in a small group and no equipment is required. It allows for discussion and expression of personal opinion as well as inclusion of the listeners.
Simultaneous interpreting (synchronous)
This type of interpretation requires a conference room with specialized sound devices and equipment. Unlike consecutive translation, here the speech is not waited for, instead it is transmitted simultaneously with the speaker through a microphone. A team of two translators is normally required, who take turns. It is used at media events, press conferences, all other types of events, presentations.
Accompanying services
When making contacts, shopping, traveling, accommodation of foreigners and other situations which require knowledge of the environment and language.
The rate for verbal interpretation can be per one hour or per one day.
If you need to order the services of an interpreter, you should contact us at least one week in advance. It is also a strongly advisable to inform us in advance about the subject matter, terminology, discussed topics, and the conditions under which the event will take place, so that we can be as well prepared as possible.
